Order & Payment
Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (invoice & installment) as well as instant transfer. All payments are SSL-encrypted.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been shipped yet, we can change or cancel it. Please write us as quickly as possible at info@delvina.eu with your order number.
Where do I find my invoice?
After your order is placed successfully, you automatically receive your invoice by email. You can also find it anytime in your customer account under 'My orders'.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Within Germany we deliver in 1–3 business days. Within the EU shipping takes 3–7 business days. After shipping you receive tracking by email.
What does shipping cost?
From €49 we deliver free within Germany. Below this amount a flat shipping fee applies. Exact costs are shown in your cart.
Do you also deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver to all EU countries. Exact shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown at checkout.
Products & Usage
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all Delvina products are 100% vegan, free from genetic engineering and gluten-free. We consciously avoid animal ingredients and unnecessary additives.
How do I take the products?
You find the exact intake recommendation on the packaging and on each product page. For questions about individual dosage, feel free to send us an email.
Can I take multiple products at the same time?
Our products generally combine well. If you regularly take medications or have a pre-existing condition, please consult your doctor before taking them.
Where are your products manufactured?
All Delvina products are made in GMP-certified production facilities in Germany and tested in independent labs. More on ourquality page.
Returns & Withdrawal
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods. You can easily return unopened products in original packaging.
How does a return work?
Write us a short email with your order number at info@delvina.eu. We will send you all necessary information and possibly a return label.
When will I get my money back?
After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to your original payment method.
