What distinguishes B-Complex PRO from traditional B-complex supplements?
We rely on the bioactive forms of the most important B vitamins: three active cobalamin forms (methyl-, hydroxo-, adenosylcobalamin) instead of inexpensive cyanocobalamin – and Metafolin® (5-MTHF, folate calcium salt) instead of synthetic folic acid. These forms can be directly utilized by the body.
What is Metafolin® and why is it better than conventional folic acid?
Metafolin® is a patented form of the natural folate variant 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid). Classic folic acid first has to be converted by the body into this active form – a step that works with limited efficiency in many people (e.g., those with the MTHFR gene variant). Metafolin® is already the active form and can be used immediately.
Why is Myo-Inositol in it?
Myo-inositol belongs to the B-vitamin family (formerly also called "vitamin B8") and is a useful supplement in the complex – even though it is no longer officially considered an essential vitamin today. We have integrated it as a bonus ingredient in a small amount.
How does the tablet taste?
Naturally fruity strawberry flavor with a delicate hint of cream – thanks to natural strawberry flavor, cream flavor, and beetroot extract for the beautiful rosy-red color. Let the tablet slowly dissolve in your mouth or chew thoroughly. No added sugar and tooth-friendly.

Yes, the dosage is designed for long-term daily intake. Water-soluble B vitamins are excreted by the kidneys when in excess. If you are taking other B vitamin or folate supplements at the same time, clarify the total intake with your doctor.
