Lutein and zeaxanthin are carotenoids that occur naturally in the macula (retina). Our marigold extract provides 20 mg of lutein and 4 mg of zeaxanthin per capsule – from a natural source.
When should I take Eye Complex+?
Ideally, take 1 capsule daily with a meal, as lutein and zeaxanthin are fat-soluble and better absorbed with some fat.
How long should I take Eye Complex+?
Eye Complex+ is designed for long-term daily use. A consistent supply over at least 12 weeks is recommended to achieve a noticeable effect.
Is Eye Complex+ suitable for use during pregnancy/breastfeeding?
Due to the high vitamin A content, we recommend that pregnant and breastfeeding women consult their doctor before consumption.
From what source does the lutein originate?
