Vitamin D3 is the sunshine vitamin - but in our latitudes, the sunlight from October to March is not enough for many. Therefore, a supplementary intake is valuable for bones, muscles and the immune system.
Vitamin K2 works synergistically: it supports normal calcium metabolism and contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. The combination of both vitamins is therefore particularly well thought out - as a delicious chewable tablet with natural apple flavor.

Why 1000 IU Vitamin D3?
1000 IU (25 µg) correspond to 500% of the NRV and are considered a well-tolerated dose for daily use - especially during the winter months, when UV-induced endogenous production decreases in our latitudes. The daily dose is significantly below the Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) for adults set by the EFSA.
Why the combination D3 + K2?
Vitamin D3 supports normal calcium absorption, and Vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Both vitamins therefore complement each other synergistically – which is why they are particularly popular as a duo. We use the bioactive K2 form Menaquinone-7 (MK-7).
Is D3 really vegan?
Yes. Our vitamin D3 is derived from lichen extract – this is the only natural plant source of cholecalciferol (D3). Traditional D3 usually comes from lanolin (sheep's wool) and is not vegan.
How does the tablet taste?
Naturally fruity with apple flavor – thanks to apple powder and malic acid. Let the tablet slowly dissolve in your mouth or chew it thoroughly. Sugar-free and gentle on teeth.
Can I take D3+K2 permanently?
Yes. The dosage of 1 tablet per day is designed for long-term daily intake. If you are taking other D3-containing preparations in parallel, please clarify the total intake with your doctor.
May I take D3+K2 with blood thinners?
If you are taking vitamin K antagonists (e.g., Marcumar, warfarin), talk to your doctor before taking them – vitamin K can affect the efficacy of these medications. This interaction generally does not occur with modern blood thinners (DOACs such as Eliquis, Xarelto).
